I had installed the Businessmaster account and connected to my Facebook account and anything went wrong, which I am not aware of what it was. I had to identify myself, which I did, but I never received an answer on many requests I wrote to Facebook. Nothing. I contacted Shopify, but I was told to contact Facebook. That I repeatedly did without getting any response. Absolutely disappointing and frustrating behavior, no clou of customer and user orientation. So I deleted everything connected to Facebook channel.

confusing to switch over, still trying, but I think it will work out all right in the end. I just don't know what I'm doing.
I'm still testing, but the implementation process was pretty smooth. I like the possibility to sell through Facebook.

it is fun to use.very good app.It helped me connect to my shopify account to start posting ads and get followers.
Facebook ads are very understandable if you read the frequently asked section they should answer most of your questions in that section.
I used this app in hopes to getting more business and subscribers to produce sales on my new business venture.

It's not working. I am disappointed : get an error message. i can't even connect to the facebook and connect my pixel.

It seems like an improvement over trying to understand Facebook's interface, but I am not sure yet, thus the three stars.
