Useless app. My page is currently suspended just because I tried to use this app. Facebook is good at gossiping business but as far as eCommerce, they're horrible.

if you haven't done this before, i think reading the documentation PRIOR is a big big help. It's good information for someone that doesn't do this all day long. After I read everything I could, I was able to complete the setup without any issues :)

as long as you read the instructions, it was easy to put together. the program allowed my shop to post quickly and also helped me create a paypal account

I can't use it as intended because they hate TikTok or something??? There could be other reasons but they do not provide specific examples.

The app doesn't track the correct revenue, it sends duplicate purchase events to Facebook each time the user reloads the order confirmation page, and it does not send deduplicating information to Facebook.
The support is absolutely useless, I have been in contact with the special Meta support for this app, and they keep asking me to check
- the pixel setup (which by the way is managed by the app) and/or
- referring me back to Shopify to ensure the app is installed correctly (Shopify were the ones who referred me to Meta).

PURCHASE TRACKING IS HAVING ERROR. ACTUAL SALES IN SHOPIFY IS 100 BUT IN META ADS MANAGER IT IS 33

I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED META SUPPORT BUT ISSUE NOT RESOLVED. BY REPLYING BLA BLA REASONS TICKETS ARE CLOSED WITHOUT RESOLVING THE ACTUAL ISSUE

It gives a constant warning because they closed the Shopping feature, but it is very good to have a single tool for full integration
