It’s ok. Most of my frustrations are on the Meta business suite and the ever changing way that it works. The shopify side of things is pretty stable.

I don't believe it's possible to get this app to work. I've followed countless instructions, followed videos, googled it, asked Insta and FB no matter what I do it still ends up with the status as "In review". I don't mind that it's probably something I've done wrong. What I do mind is there's nowhere to find out what's wrong and how to put it right! Where's the help? Step by step instructions? Useless.

There's a problem with my app and it says 'Action Needed' but what action is needed? It doesn't tell me. I tried to get help and it said "Your chat is available in Messenger. You can open the chat if you have questions or need more support. Your case number is 26636240612688089." So I clicked "Open chat" and it opened a message window but it's completely blank. Do I wait for someone or begin the chat? I tried typing a message and it says "Couldn't send". Very very frustrating. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do.

Has made advertising on Facebook and Instagram easy would recommend that. I would like to see more pacific help info for example if you type how do i delete a Datasets it gives me directions to do just that.

It was painful, maybe because of my lack of knowledge, I tried to self help but after 4 days I contacted Meta, the most patient meta employee introduces herself, this was not a quick fix and it took 2.5 hours to resolve, sharing my screen she guided me though the issues, explained the and resolved my issues, top marks for support from Meta.

It's frustrating that I can't use collections I've already created in Shopify in this app - having to redo work is maddening.

Their statistics show that the number of orders made through their ads is 3 to 10 times higher than the total number of orders on the site. Their support is the most useless thing in the world; I’ve been corresponding for a month and, apart from stupid responses like ‘third-party statistics may differ,’ I haven’t heard anything else.
