it ruined my business and i can't sell on facebook any more or instgram and i seems that i'm not the only one

Great and fast experience, had trouble accepting terms and conditions, did let me proceed, had to try multiple times
I'm not to tech sevy but wasn't too hard following this. App is not hard to follow and not too time consuming. Kind of fun!!

After all the changes to fb, meta updates all seems to working well. It did take a over a year to get it all together but at least I can easily post product from messenger. I still cannot view shop items when in shop on facebook but believe that was one of the changes made.

It is good but sometimes does not show on my sales channels properly. This is when I go go to add new products through my shopify.

Terrible app, it asks me to reconnect i tried several times it doesnt work i tried different browsers different devices
i called facebook and chatted with shopify nothing helps and no one can help me
What a terrible app and absurd customer service, this has affected my business very negative. FIX THE RECONNECT ISSUE NOW!!!!!!!!!

It sounds as though you may have been affected by a known outage on Facebook, which prevented users from logging into their Facebook accounts. It has since been resolved by their team, but I'm going to follow up with you over email to open up the lines of communication and see how we can provide more support for you on this.

Very easy to use and setup. It like you becoming your very own professional website builder. I would recommend Shopify
I haven't started using this app yet. I guess it's an okay app. My goal is to grow my store asap. I'm looking forward to seeing how this app works.
I used the app to help me with a advertisement ad on Facebook . It was fairly easy to do. just followed what they told me to do.
