I am having nothing but problems using the direct integration feature that is supposed to directly connect my Shopify store to my Facebook and Instagram. Although the items are saying they are visible in Shopify, FB and Insta, they do not show on either of the profile. And they are active.
I just downloaded the app but I have reading a lot about it and I wish it will match my expectation of reaching to the right audiences
There are too many steps to follow and it is confusing. Especially if you are not computer savvy. I will you could click just one button for integration.

Haven't utilized the app yet but connection was very straightforward. Wish that Instagram utilization didn't require Facebook page as well.
It's easy and flawless, it combines the advantages of Meta and Instagram in a single app beside providing on app customer check out.

I can't connect my store, it was connected but the instagram shop wasn't syncing up properly, so I tried again. I removed the connection but when I try to add it now it gives me the error message: Each asset is already associated with a different shop. Please disable one to proceed.
I read the previous bad reviews and Kristin and Aaron nicely reply and refer the bad reviews to contact their support team on the link: https://www.facebook.com/business/help.
Now here's the joke there is no way to contact them! There is a big button in the right top corner of the screen that says "Get support" you click it! You get redirected to https://www.facebook.com/business/help/support but guess what it's just an empty page.

I used the app to help me connect my business page to Shopify. It was very user friendly and I did not have any questions
I am not sure what I am doing yet but setup was easy. Everything flowed nicely and is going to help sale products on facebook.
Can I get help from the Shopify support team? I am going to give it a chance even though I got rejected, stating Your shop can't be published.

I'm just not exactly sure what's happening. Its above my paygrade, unfortunately, despite the fact I own the company. It seems like we were all set, but I'm GUESSING FB changed its terms, so we had to do what was requested.
