am loving the new experience. am learning as i go this is a new business for me. am trying to get a good understanding
I am computer illiterate and this app was very easy to work with. I am able to make campaigns easily
very easy and efficient to use the app. it was easy for me to set the Facebook business page that helps me to build my business.
The support and help in resolving issues has literally been zero. It has now gotten to the point that you can't even contact meta for support. If meta is wondering why they have lost so much revenue in the past year then it might have something to do with the way they treat business owners. I have lost access to the app and my shop on meta and Instagram. My shop is no longer linked to shopify with no reasonable explanation as to why. My account has been banned from advertising due to an innocent comment I made on my personal account about people getting better from an illness but the comment police obviously didn't like that. I have evidence of this. It was listed as the main reason as to why I couldn't advertise. I have also had my Instagram account hacked and is now currently being used fraudulently to extract money from unsuspecting users, using my name and identity to do so! I have reported this to meta but they have done nothing to prevent it from happening further. When are meta going to take responsibility and take action over these criminals? Business owners like myself are being penalised for other people's actions and it is just not right! I would like to see some significant changes starting with providing business customers like myself with good old fashioned in person or over the phone helpful customer service, with people trained to deal with the plethora of problems that business owners face when accessing meta and Instagram platforms. I would also like to see meta taking criminal activity much more seriously and having a robust policy for dealing with it. Lastly I would like to see Meta respecting business owners and working with them, rather than preventing them from accessing their shops and advertising. This is our livelihoods and we are working hard to succeed and Meta's success also depends upon our success. If multiple business owners get fed up with the treatment they receive from Meta and find alternative platforms then ultimately this affects Meta's advertising revenue and long term success. From what I can see from the reviews of the app their are quite a few unhappy and disgruntled business owners who have all experienced a lack of support and a removal of their shops with no explanation as to why. This kind of behaviour from Meta is deeply unprofessional and needs to be rectified immediately! I have resorted to leaving a review as I have no other way to communicate my issues and my deep disappointment in Meta. I look forward to hearing from you soon with a real solution. Thank you.

It just started and haven’t really used it yet. The sign on and setup seems very complex. Definitely not helped by my confusion with Facebook between my business and personal accounts.

This app randomly generates posts from Shopify to Facebook when new products are added to the Facebook Channel, rendering social media marketing campaigns via Facebook and/or Instagram totally useless. There is no facility in Facebook to turn off these posts. We have had very negative feedback from our followers that these bland posts are irritating. We are almost certainly losing Facebook followers. We ask that Shopify puts pressure on Facebook to rectify this situation as soon as possible. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! That definitely sounds frustrating and not ideal. In that regard, we have had a few merchants experience the same issue. The issue that you've described is coming from a setting within your Facebook notifications and not from our app directly. We aren't able to control how Facebook displays your product updates however, we did some digging on our end and the way you would turn off these notifications is to go to your Business Page Settings > Page Updates > click on Edit > and turn off post notifications so that they don't automatically update every change. This should turn off the automatic posts. Thank you! - Anna, Shopify Support

it's been ok, I'm still learning how to navigate Facebook through the business stand point but i feel like it could be easier if their wasn't so many glitches
