The app is so helpful to market products on Facebook in an easy way, however, the struggle was when removing a product from Shopify you must go search for it on your Facebook page and delete it manually.
I expirienced the same problem, it created catalogs which I c ant edit automatically and those catalogs are not performing well like don't go allong with Facebook policies etc. Lose access to my page and cant do nth because don't have access to this Shopify catalog which need to be deleted. Doesnt work good

Over a month later and Instagram still won’t allow setup of my shop. What a nightmare. No feedback, no support. Meta appears to be concerned with elitist accounts only

I initially had issues with the set up, but after working with support I was able to successfully integrate this app into my Shopify site and can now funnel new customers to my site with ease

Stay away lol Meta will not support you as a seller, even if you are a long term customer, you will not receive ANY support and can be banned without a moment's notice with a very vague explanation. Happened to me and countless others. Google Meta banning / permanently restricting ad accounts.

I use this app to create facebook posts and add products to my facebook page, it is very helpful and easy to use.
i hope it goes well. I tried to integrate FB and shopify before and it all of a sudden was "no longer supported." i sure hope that this time goes better
i really like how it explains certain areas for example how i can use certain functions and how the channel is set up
Too many features so it's hard to navigate and there is no official guide as to how to go about it so it easily became tedious. I had to search online for books and tutorials to help me do and get around certain simple things.

App is great when it works. However, for some reason, the Facebook app has disconnected my site and will not let me reconnect my account. Even though I type in my password and it directs to Facebook, it still says to reconnect. I can still see my shop with products on my FB/IG pages but I cannot utilize any of the functions to create ads with the products. I need assistance, please.
