it's been ok, I'm still learning how to navigate Facebook through the business stand point but i feel like it could be easier if their wasn't so many glitches

still not sure. just wanting to set up a place on facebook to show product and perhaps sell product.
its been rough with the constant changes and logging off and on. But just have to adapt to it. I thought I had the facebook app connected with my shopify store but then I had to do it all over again. And it says that i have verified my domain on the business mgr but i cant visually verify it.

I did use it but still didnt change the speed... :-/ I dont know how to improve it...I might be hiring an expert to do so.

I am facing a problem with the pixel, I am not getting the correct events and event parameters in my Facebook Event manager. E.g Facebook Showing 3 purchases but in reality, there are zero purchases and also showing zero conversion value for some orders.
FB services are very important for businesses however more live support is required to enable a smoother and easier access to all the tools, functionalities, and strict business rules. More support please, thank-you.
A bit convoluted, but very useful. I would like to see an "easy button" installed for those "Oops, I had Tequila at lunch" days. I liked the big font...Cause I'm blind as a bat. Colors are cool...I don't know what else to say to get you to accept my submission.

Works flawlessly and I would've been giving it a 5-star rating IF IT WASN'T FOR THE ONE FEATURE THAT ABSOLUTELY INFURIATES me: Whenever I add a new product to my stock in Shopify, a Facebook-post automatically appears on my business accounts feed. It floods the feed, so my followers unfollow my business site, because they feel I'm spamming them, or suspect that I've been hacked. What p*sses me off the most is that it can't be turned off?!?!? * * * Shopify and Facebook - please, please, please give us the opportunity to at least turn this feature off * * *

I can certainly understand how these updates are overwhelming for your followers and, therefore, you want it to be turned off. This feature is controlled entirely by Facebook and it can't be removed from Shopify's end. However, I will be reaching out to you shortly through email with steps that worked in my personal experience.
