Support through the Facebook app was awesome. All previous restrictions were lifted after a support ticket which was created in the FB app within the Shopify environment. we no more any issues in our account. So we can benefit all features again now

So very difficult to connect and set up pixels to work in the ads. Meta keeps circling in a loop to the Shopify page without actually connecting. Facebook ads support is unbelievably horrendous. I have no idea how such a big multi billion dollar company functions like this.
So far so good after 4 days of fixing everything. Now I have to fix my catalog even though it says it's perfect for my pixel... I have used this app since 2016 and always there's an issue when I least expect it.
It is very sad to do business with facebook due to constant rejections despite products being compliant. Also, ads keep getting rejecting and facebook seems to blame their technology. It is total headache to do business with facebook.
This app triggered an 'automation' violation in my Facebook Business Suite. Disabling/restricting my Facebook Ads and Business account without any recourse from Facebook. Now I can't connect Shopify or run any ads. Garbage!

you keep telling us we breach your community rules but we have read them and don't see how we might possible breach them
when we request a review you give no reasons
it's not fair and it's no way to treat any customer - esp. since we'd pay for more advertising if you would revert substantively so we could fix any issues
I sell shoes and every item is rejected for size, even though I have it listed in the title and in the "size" input.
if there is a issue it would be nice for us to be able to fix it instead of you just shutting our account down
It is very hard to navigate facebook and shopify. There's not clear instructions. As a boutique owner I want everything to go thru shopify. I'm unsure of which emails from facebook are spam or are legit.
