On the shopify facebook instagram setup page it says; Next Step for your shop... then a bubble then; allow messaging for customer support so customers can contact you quickly. If you select enable messaging nothing happens. Why is this?
It's frustrating that I can't use collections I've already created in Shopify in this app - having to redo work is maddening.
Having problems posting on instagram it seems FB has audio and instagram does not. I have a second issue I would like to mention, I have been threatened for the past several months from someone saying they are meta they say I have violations and copyright infringements. I have replied may many times, and all i get back is the same old messages saying We have been trying to contact you. Then after a few months they say I am being sued for something. I have requested SO MANY times that they should send me exactly what the problem is so I can address it directly. but this has been going on for months now. Can someone at META contact me directly and stop this harassment.

This app is easy to use but when you run into a snag, i.e. advertising or shop approval. There is not straight forward explanation of the issue and how to resolve it.
Also, no individual customer support assistance to help.
The app seems to be buggy. Instagram and Facebook shop routinely get disconnected from my Shopify catalog, and I lose ability to tag products in my posts without any explanation or notice from either FB or IG. Every single time I log into the app on Shopify, I get the message that my "shop is in review" even when I make no changes whatsoever to either my Shopify catalog or Instagram/Facebook shops.
It is ok, could be a lot more user friwndly

It was difficult to set up and I still have many issues to sync my catalogue
Is not clear what is need to be, problem with permission a nd connected to the with shopify
