I am trying to validate my information and I will not allow it for some reason.
Has been great for years, however recently I am receiving an error message saying 'I have issues that need attention' when I click on the link to check, there are no issues.
The app is fine however I got several sales during the holidays and since my items are personalized and have custom options I had to track these people down. This however was not as easy as emailing them or reaching out to them through the fB shop. They never either got the messages or they were never sent. I have no idea how you FB can force something on shops that just doesn't work.

It's frustrating that I can't use collections I've already created in Shopify in this app - having to redo work is maddening.
Not the best. Customer service sucks as usual. The platforms can be better
On the shopify facebook instagram setup page it says; Next Step for your shop... then a bubble then; allow messaging for customer support so customers can contact you quickly. If you select enable messaging nothing happens. Why is this?
A couple of big issues we have are:
1: These sales automatically go through to our admin but if we need to update them, offer partial refunds or make any change even with an exchange we cannot. The entirety of the screens blocked out for us. This screws up reporting and just about every other aspect of the function.
2 - You all do not recognize back ordered products. So folks are ordering and not being told items are on back order. This is terrible for customer service and our overall brand.
3 - Bright side is that you all do a great Job selling, it just needs to be polished and easier for the back end admin.

Can't contact Facebook & Instagram, not live chat
Extremely difficult to set up Facebook and Instagram integration. My God I went through the worst torture to get where I am, and I needed to pay 2 people to help me. Why not make 1 standard process? I had to go into 4 different systems and make a gazillion changes, before I could make the right installation.
In Shopify wird angezeigt, mein Shop sei mit Instagram verknüpft und aktiv, auf Instagram kann ich auf meinen eigenen Shop (von diversen Accounts aus) nicht zugreifen.
