Very easy to use. I like that meta checks all the products. Less problems when selling.

difficult to understand what Shopify wants me to do to connect FB and Insta

Doesn't integrate well for mobile customers. Had to get on my PC to make the connections.

It was painful, maybe because of my lack of knowledge, I tried to self help but after 4 days I contacted Meta, the most patient meta employee introduces herself, this was not a quick fix and it took 2.5 hours to resolve, sharing my screen she guided me though the issues, explained the and resolved my issues, top marks for support from Meta.

I reached out 3 times and call just drops. or they send me links for me to figure out on my own.

I love the opportunity to sell on line through these channels

Meta for along time has the best services and the best platform for all brand and how easy that u can use facebook or instagram to boost ur brand around the world
