Very bad, there is always the problem of facebook detection error
The credit card information is sent to facebook, and it is impossible to judge whether the purchase event and api are duplicated, resulting in low advertising efficiency...

I can't use it as intended because they hate TikTok or something??? There could be other reasons but they do not provide specific examples.

I have always struggled with Shopify's Facebook channel for one reason or another. As other reviews have mentioned, it spams all your followers every time you make a change to a product, and there is no way to turn this off. I ended up having to delete my Facebook Shop completely to avoid this.
Products are duplicated in my catalogue on Facebook any time I update them (e.g. new product name), some products don't appear there, products have wrong prices, wrong images. In short, it's a mess.

Deleted products are never truly deleted from your catalog for history purposes. However, products that were changed/deleted, will have their visibility as "hidden" or "staging", which means they will not be visible to your customers. Very annoying interface and doesnt auto archive when items are out of stock so when you try to open other business accounts you get to click through one at to archive them because facebook doesn't view your account in "good standing". They need to clean this interface so bad, everything is beyond clunky.

Unfortunatly this channel has not been working for me as well. I have reached out to customer support and have not heard a response. I really need it to work to share my business with my followers. No clue what I'm doing wrong.
I used the app so I could easily sell on Instagram Shopping. It makes the setup for that really simple, but unfortunately, it randomly, and automatically, posts updates as if they are coming from my shop's Facebook page saying: "Shop has Added a Product To Their Facebook". And I don't just mean one or two, like TONS of these posts. And it's random. It didn't just happen on upload, it happens regularly. Additionally, I only see it in News Feed. It isn't on my shops actual page to where I can delete it when I notice one. Its very frustrating and there is no solution. I have been following a support thread about it for a while, and many of us are having this issue and it isn't being addressed or resolved. So I'm going to have to uninstall this and lose my Facebook Shopping because of it. Shopify & Facebook: PLEASE FIX THIS!
Thanks for sharing your feedback! We deeply appreciate your patience for this reply. The issue that you've described stems from a setting within your Facebook notifications. Meaning, this occurs entirely on Facebook without any relationship to our app. The way you would solve this is to go to your Business Page Settings > Page Updates > click on Edit > and turn off post notifications so that they don't automatically update every change.
