Sometimes things just dont work for some reason and then when you try again they do. a tutorial would make it beter

Fairly easy process, but having difficulty finishing the process because of the Accept Terms button not working.

Using this app my Shop Tab does not appear on my Facebook Business page. So what's the use of having a Facebook shop if does not appear. Just saying...

When this app is working, it's amazing. However, I consistently have to uninstall, reinstall because FB/Shopify can't figure out how to update w/out causing issues for the other side. It is extremely frustrating.

A couple of big issues we have are:
1: These sales automatically go through to our admin but if we need to update them, offer partial refunds or make any change even with an exchange we cannot. The entirety of the screens blocked out for us. This screws up reporting and just about every other aspect of the function.
2 - You all do not recognize back ordered products. So folks are ordering and not being told items are on back order. This is terrible for customer service and our overall brand.
3 - Bright side is that you all do a great Job selling, it just needs to be polished and easier for the back end admin.

Helps to promote site better and in a more structured way. The promotion of paid ads is easier with this kind of tool
Ik heb pas net dus helaas kan ik hem niet beoordelen. Ik hoop dat ik in toekomst weer een kans krijgen om deze te kunnen beoordelen.
Im giving three stars becuase I can not get in touch with someone from Facebook and it is near impossible to get a response. I am really curious on the payments side of things with Facebook as the app is telling me I have to sign up with PayPal in order for my products to keep showing up through the app. On the other hand, the app is awesome and works great for small Businesses. The Marketing and everything else about it is a 4.8 out of 5. If I could just have someone reach out to me in regards to getting the payments figured out, that would be awesome.
