It helped a great deal with my marketing and advertising and getting my first sale......Thank you FB
The app was easy to set up although I have not had a chance to use the app as of yet. I have not used the channel either
I used this app to help me sale my Shopify product! This helps me to advertise to an audience already in my system.

This app is very bad and a time suck. Once you get going, it is like you can't stop and the problems and connection/verification issues literally get worse the more you try to fix. I have been trying to get FB and IG shopping hooked up for over a year. Last week, I disconnected from shopify to start over. Now my catalog is completely disconnected and it wont allow me to reconnect. It is stating the asset is already connected and to go to my commerce manager. Commerce manager in one place is stating it is connected and in another that I have been rejected for the (who knows how many) times. I spend hours every week on this trying different things to connect and there is no one to contact and they do not message you back. It is frustrating, because I would really like to spend time elsewhere. I have an LLC and have been selling online for over 18 months with my website. I am still not authorized or verified on FB or IG. Do not waste your time on this and stick to your website and email list as much as you can
