This was incredibly easy to set up! It's improved dramatically from years ago and as an entrepreneur and founder I so appreciate.

Like many others who have reported the same issue with this app from Shopify in the Community forum and 1* review comments, our Facebook account was restricted within minutes of installing. We only required it to set up our pixel. We now cannot advertise at all with Facebook or Instagram. I have taken the necessary steps Facebook request to review our account but, due to COVID, it states there ...

I've un-installed 4 times. still getting the "Something went wrong" message.

Shopify support was able to assist with the issue and had it resolved within 24h

I followed the process in ads manager along with a you tube video. I was a bit confusing at first but I believe I got it set up right.

It's the worst App I've ever used! It can't be possible to get blocked and stay blocked for weeks and getting no help of the support. They block your account and the settings because they think your account would be fake (and I used my private account which I've been using since 2012!). Ridiculous!
