Nice to have a centralised interphase to manage Facebook, Messenger and Instagram together. Let's get it all connected now.
Extremely user friendly. I’m not the most tech savvy person and every single step is a piece of cake.

I am finding this extremely difficult to set up - the matter is still not resolved and because the issues are at the Facebook end, Shopify support is unable to fix. Update - Well, Facebook now connected but Instagram rejected .... worth neither the time nor the effort trying to fix - delete the one star. Update 2 - Facebook now disconnected with this message 'Something went wrong when attempting to connect your business manager. Please try again later.' Issues with this App are still not resolved

I found the app intuitive until it got to the point of setting up a commerce account. The messaging made me think that I already had a commerce account and that it was going to be deleted...not the case. I had to go to facebook and check before I completed this section.
It was easy and simple to do, great app, highly recommend it.
Let's see how the customers react to it. I believe they going to love it.
Setup seems easy, straight forward, and very convenient. I look forward to testing the new features and seeing how it can help reach my target audience.
It worked to help me set up my shop and it was a seamless experience. I liked that most of my products synced without any issues.
I used this app to help me to marketing products, to have more exposure online and sale more products.
I'm never sure I'm doing the set up correctly. I feel lost most times. there always seems to be a new error
