i'm trying this new facebook app, espro to help the conversion in my online store. There are things I still don't fully understand, but in time it will stop being a problem

It's almost flawless except that it has randomly disconnected previously and it was a bit of an ordeal to reconnect but it got sorted in the end. Definitely a necessity for any business- especially e-comm.

upon using this app to create an ad account I found that there were quite a few processes to go through. the processes were step by step so you don't get lost along the way. the process could be made somewhat simpler but I was satisfied.

It made it super easy with the step by step directions. I didn't even have to research what to do. I thought it was great and so easy.

10/10 would be rude not to use the facebook channel its very simple to use and helps you to verify your work

Easy to understand and my personally user experience is really very positive. It's the first time I try to sell online but I find that it represents the future of commerce.

it is not working at all

I am computer challenged. So simply to follow the directions without reading anything else into it. Thank you.

It just started and haven’t really used it yet. The sign on and setup seems very complex. Definitely not helped by my confusion with Facebook between my business and personal accounts.
