The app uses the "compare with" amount when displaying stock items on Facebook but Shopify uses - rightly so - the "price" figure for sales.
Until this app uses the same figure it is useless as sometimes the "compare with" is used for the RRP and sales price may be higher due to scarcity of stock.

Jack here from Shopify. Thanks for taking the time to submit your feedback. The channel sends both the sale and regular price to Facebook, but Facebook will always use the lower of the 2. What Facebook does with the product data is out of our hands but I will submit your feedback to our internal team. Ads aren't performing for the past week, and it shows unsupported on shopify. Tracking is wayyy off through pixel, if anyone knows how to solve this issue, please help

This is a lot easier to use than the old facebook business manager. I am still learning how to optimize it and my instagram keeps dropping off but it is still easier to navigate.

In set up, it could be a bit clearer prior to hitting a button. What to expect. Maybe having a this is what will be taking place, this is about how long it will take, if it is taking longer than 5 minutes something might not be right... blah blah blah

Tried, but for some reason it says I they can't publish the shops page. Everything else worked fine, they can collect information, the pixels will work, but I can't post my products for free on Shops page...

I updated the app within my shopify so I could continue to tag products on my instagram. Despite following all the steps it is no longer allowing product tagging. Very disappointing
