Our ad account has been disabled after we set up the Facebook software, and dealing with Facebook has been a complete nightmare. I'm now attempting to uninstall the Facebook channel, which has proven to be a near-impossible task due to my inability to communicate directly with anyone inside Shopify and Facebook.

I used the app to help me with a advertisement ad on Facebook . It was fairly easy to do. just followed what they told me to do.
It was good. It was better than the last time that I tried to set it up. I just hope it works this time.
It was pretty easy to navigate through once I figured out what to do. Very easy to use after figuring everything out.
I really enjoy this app. It is a very informative and useful app a must have app if you are running facebook ads
UPDATE: I was able to get Instagram Shopping to work by resolving small issues that I didn't know were related. For example, removing Gift Cards from the Facebook Sales Channel. Now that it is working it seems like a good app. Couldn't get Instagram Shopping to work. For some reason we weren't approved for Shopping. Facebook tells me to talk to Shopify, Shopify tells me to talk to Facebook. I've been getting the runaround for weeks now and it is super frustrating. Two stars because the Facebook shop worked fine.

It was super easy!! I love it!! I barely had to do a thing and before I knew it, I was selling on Facebook!
Simple and easy setup !! Really helped me with marketing and advertising my products on multiple social media sites.
I used this app to help me promote shop, i really like how it synchronize all your products. It would be nice if it did more feutures
