Facebook/Meta is the worst. I have been trying to reach out to support for two month because they shut down my shop on Facebook for a violation that I did not violate. I followed the link to request a review but the button is grayed out on my end and I cannot click it to request a review. I have told them this for TWO MONTHS and have not received any support from anyone. I just started a business and this has been the most frustrating process and it should not be. All I am requesting is help, and as a business owner, I should be granted that request. Plain and simple.

Majority of the time it doesn't work, the other times it requires me to reauthenticate, "load cookies".

Everything was good until now. But now it happens from time to time that the data is not transferred correctly. Multiple shops are now drastically overreporting conversions. This has to have something to do with how the pixel is installed via this app. Probably counting the refresh of the order confirmation as a sale.
I am not talking about one or two conversions more, it's a 10-20x! I had 10 sales but over 100 were reported to the admanager. This seriously messes with ad delivery and interpreting data.
I'll update this review to five stars if someone fixes this problem.

its been rough with the constant changes and logging off and on. But just have to adapt to it. I thought I had the facebook app connected with my shopify store but then I had to do it all over again. And it says that i have verified my domain on the business mgr but i cant visually verify it.

Everything was fine but like with everything else...they "updated" it and "fixed" everything and now it doesn't work.
