This app is helping to promote my new business that I have just started a few months ago. It will start to bring in more customers
I used this app to help me integrate my new shopify store with facebook but after running ads for less than a week my ad account was disabled. The problem is with facebook AI and this app not working properly and I see other customers with the exact same issue.

Robyn here from Shopify. Thank you for taking the time to share your review of the Facebook Channel with us. I'm sorry to hear of the struggles you are facing with restrictions on your Ad account. Shopify doesn't have a hand in restricting Ad accounts as this comes directly from Facebook, however I'm going to look closer at your store to see if there is anything I can do to help, and follow up with you in an email.

i found the setup a bit tricky as i had a couple of pixels and found little info as to which one will be the right one to use , got there in the end

I use this application to help me grow my business, to increase sales from the traffic brought to the site.
easy to install. not sure of its usefulness or performance yet. Based on the installation should be popular as it seems not complicated.
I havent really been able to do anything yet im still seting it up.And it has been quite esey to do . So if i was asked if i would recommend this app. Iwould say yes i would.

I liked my app I recommend it is very easy I recommend your shopify website is more engaged and has more audience.
I'm having problems since yesterday to configure the pixel in the Virtual Store -> Preferences -> configure facebook (pixel), it just returns the error "Sorry, something went wrong.
We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can."
