My shop has been in review for some time.... I am at the:

"Syncing additional info
You'll be able to start selling once the sync is complete." stage...

but I have an indicator saying I need to action something... and there is no obvious (or not obvious) solution. this leads to other issues like unable to integrate other apps like my review app into my store.

terribly difficult to use. Had issues with syncing, and the actual layout looks different on instagram to how ive created it on the app

it's true that it's convenient to link facebook and shopify but there are always problems ...
sometimes I enter a product and it's available in the second but sometimes it takes 2 days more there are products that are no longer syncronize.

approval time takes so long

This integration is not at all user friendly unfortunately

you are not giving me permission to make ads, i have waited more then 4 weeks to be verified

to much hustle pls make it easier otherwise u loose all customers will switch to tictok ad

The shop's for Facebook & Instagram do no longer work in the UK.

Pour le moment - C'est pas tres simple a utiliser... pas trop de tutoriel ou d'aide spécifique

the support isn't helpful. waste of time
