overly complicated, terrible support, i had to set up a whole new meta account just to make this work because i got scammed on marketplace 3 years ago and my account was flagged..
only using it because i have to reach more customers.
painful experience so far and i have barely touched the sides of this rubbish.

Horrible experience, its not intuitive and no instructions. One of the worst apps on Shopify. I am struggling to just do the basic setup and connecting my instagram with Shopify. They could have made it seamless but the apps seems too rigid and full of bureaucracy. I left few messages and no one called, so not an easy way to even get in touch with someone.

Extremely buggy. I've had to reconnect my shop countless times. (It often flags innocuous items like "black geometric earrings" as obscene and not able to be sold.

Impossible to use

It doesn't work. My store has been under review for over a month despite all the items being approved and when trying to setup the store through the app, it crashes every time. Stuck with a business advertising through Facebook and Instagram which can't link its products etc...

Is sooo frustrating.

There is a serious issue re the integration of Facebook/Meta verification for my store. I have now spent over 1 week trying to sort this and spent over an hour in a phone call with Meta direct via the Shopify 'Help'. Meta themselves claim whilst they reset all my details and asked me to resubmit the same impasse results so I am in an endless loop with a store that whilst the catalogue connects ...
