it is not working properly. on shopify custom pixel section it shows disconnected. and i am getting no support at all from any platform like meta support or shopify support.

Worst platform ever! No support what so ever, there is not even a damn email available for when you get stuck. They dont care about their customers, you just have to figure it out your self. I cant imagine how off putting this would be for someone starting in e-commerce to go straight to meta ads. Just stick to tiktok honestly, you will be more happy, trust me.

My account has been in review for 3 weeks now and i still cant post anything to my facebook

This is virtually no or very little help to my business. Constant frustration.

It takes too long to review opening of the store request. 4 weeks is too long compared to other marketplaces.

you keep locking my business account for no reason

i have a problem with connecting facebook and instagram with shopify.

the the whole process is so confusing. There should be a set up wizard that walks you through everything.
