the app was very user friendly, it explained step by step how to connect and gave use all the information we need set up our store.
It was very hard to set up Pixels and all ID, but I got help from Facebook Business Support. I have to admit, it's not easy at all.
It's very simple, easy and clear to configure the business manager as well as the pixel. The new interface is great. i didn't understand anything before. but now everything is very easy and well thought out. It's a great app that makes life easier. Thank you.
It was an easy set up and allows me to be able sell and promote my products on instagram and facebook.
I've been trying to reinstall FB and I'm getting the same error message - "this page can't be loaded right now"

I am finding this extremely difficult to set up - the matter is still not resolved and because the issues are at the Facebook end, Shopify support is unable to fix. Update - Well, Facebook now connected but Instagram rejected .... worth neither the time nor the effort trying to fix - delete the one star. Update 2 - Facebook now disconnected with this message 'Something went wrong when attempting to connect your business manager. Please try again later.' Issues with this App are still not resolved
