I tried to connect my Shopify to my Facebook several times. In the end, Shopify messed up my Meta Business account and I got permanently blocked there, and I have no idea, why. Had to create a new fake FB account, ironically that works perfectly. But my original personal account is broken now, with no way to fix it, I cannot even contact the support anymore.

Its pretty self explanatory I enjoyed the accessibility. The First Time I attempted to connect FB and Insta profiles to my store it was a hassle to say the least this time around it was very user friendly.
it's great app, thank you for creating this app, I have integrate my web with my instagram and it boost my sales
The app works well. i add Facebook to my store. which also add Instagram as well. I would recommend to anyone starting a business.
I used this app to connect www.straightwaystore.com to our Facebook Business Manager account. The setup was very easy to follow.

I am trying to install the app but first I was not able to connect my facebook page to my Shopify website. I decided to delete the app and download it another time, but when i am trying to download the Facebook app again it says that the page doesn't Excist. Can someone help me Set up my Facebook app in Shopify Please?

Awesome for new growing business!! I just started a new sell channel for my business and it's doing great!
There is no option of facebook when i create a campaign. Please suggest what should i do. Is it bug or another issue?

Charlotte here from Shopify support, thank you for taking the time to install and use the Facebook channel on your store and leave a review. It is expected behaviour that you will not see an option to run ads in the Facebook channel, as Facebook now requires all ads to be run from within the Facebook Ads account. I'm going to follow up with you over email to open up the lines of communication and see how we can provide more support for you on this.
