I've only just set up my Facebook channel so I can only speak to that experience. The set up was pretty easy/beginner friendly.
I followed the process in ads manager along with a you tube video. I was a bit confusing at first but I believe I got it set up right.
I used this to connect to fb. I liked how it worked. It would be better if all info was on 1 page instead of having to jump from page to page.

The log in process was a little confusing because i have almost 5 pages and i had to create new FB pixel & catalogue, the old ones were not working anymore .
I used this app to set up facebook channel. I would like to test it to know it is connected to my shopify account.
I like the user friendly aspect, but I need a little more direction on the business and backend of the site. I wish there was a little tutorial or at least a link of the most popular ways to set it up.

I like the way it works, it helped me to understand how to connect my accounts and it was so easy to understand
This app is garbage. It won’t even load for me after barely being able to re-install it. Fix this because I’m running a business and need this to be working.
