I USE THIS APP TO HELP ME MAKE ADS ON MY SHOPIFY STORE, TO SELL PRODUCTS IN MY WEBSITE AND TO MAKE MARKETTING ADVERTISEMENT.
After months of trying to connect I'm still unable to connect the new facebook channel. Tried everything that people recommend on the internet but nothing works. Facebook Shop and instagram connection worked perfect before. Some changes need to be made soon or I will switch to Lightspeed, like many others did with this issue. We are losing so much sales because of this issue. Also both the support from Shopify and Facebook are below standard, both pointing at each other and uncapable to find a solution. They even told me technical support will contact me, but haven't got any response for a week now

easy to use, very nice! perfect for ads for your business, easy and ads are running very good. best regrads
Does not work, always says that the page is unavailable. Does not connect. Very frustrating to work with.

It's been a learning experience. All things are new but seem to be easy to follow but here is a lot to learn.
Can't manage product options. Why do I need this app then? Better to be just CSV file import/export. Even in this situation I will have more control what to post.

FACEBOO IS A VERY COMPLICATED APP... YOU SELL SIMPLE PRODUCTS AND THEY DON'T ACCEPT THEM.
OTHERWISE IT'S FINE THE APP WORKS WELL BUT THEY ARE TOO STRICT WITH THE WRONG PEOPLE

Installed and now the account is frozen, Facebook says my site goes against FB policy but wont say what that is. It was working before upgrading. It been like this for 5 weeks. Neither Shopify or Facebook are able to help as the review process is done by a separate group in Facebook who no one has access to. Shopify need to get this sorted, Im not the only one this has happened to
