It got disconnected when it asked me to update the app. Now I try to connect again with my accounts and it says that I do not have a commercial account (if I have !! before it worked perfect) and also the messenger chat was installed only on my site, which I do not want. I need a solution.

The app was great, it's facebook's marketing system that is confusing. I am a small business owner trying to do my own marketing. I read through the explanation of how to build an audience and then convert but It would be great if there was a little more information like after how many sales or impressions should I start conversion ads.

I have already tried to connect this application several times, but Facebook says my store https://oliveoil.green/ is “violating integrity policies”.
Support sucks. Either no one answers my questions or some stupid bots are talking nonsense.
Ok, I won't violate your integrity policies anymore.
Bye Facebook, I'm deleting you with tears in my eyes and I will miss you so much!

This app has only caused me stress and headaches from all the issues that come from using it. My website is currently down because my Facebook account got logged out by itself and now I cannot sign back in. Prior to this, my other Facebook accounts I made to separate from my personal account kept getting deactivated every time I tried to make a new business page in order to get Instagram shopping and Facebook ads on Shopify. There was no resolution, countless times reporting and no help whatsoever. No way to contact someone on the phone directly to figure it out. If we did not have to connect Facebook to everything I would not even use it!

After your app update, all previously connected accounts were logged out, and since then, I've been unable to log in. I keep encountering error codes, and the connection with Shopify and your app has been severed. It's still not synchronized, and it's affecting our sales. Please resolve this issue quickly.
