My shop hasn't been published because it doesn't comply with your Commerce eligibility requirements, but they don't tell me what requirements do not comply with. Nobody helps you.

It certainly sounds like it has been a frustrating experience as your commerce account was not approved by Facebook and you haven't been provided any additional information. I am using Official Meta App. It is so slow and doesn't respond system.

2. After so much effect, it connects my personal Facebook profile and says the account is restricted.

All systems are automatic, So what should I do?

I'm really having a hard time connecting Instagram to my Shopify account, despite repeated attempts, and supposedly being approved by Meta / Facebook... Not sure what to do.
