Fulfills its purpose but as a beginner it is a bit difficult to get along with everything. Would be great if everything that can be done in the Businessmanager gets removed, it becomes otherwise too confusing.
The app uses the "compare with" amount when displaying stock items on Facebook but Shopify uses - rightly so - the "price" figure for sales.
Until this app uses the same figure it is useless as sometimes the "compare with" is used for the RRP and sales price may be higher due to scarcity of stock.

Jack here from Shopify. Thanks for taking the time to submit your feedback. The channel sends both the sale and regular price to Facebook, but Facebook will always use the lower of the 2. What Facebook does with the product data is out of our hands but I will submit your feedback to our internal team. it did what it was suppose to do except some things i am still trying to figure how to set. but overall it was great
Still learning and its easy but getting there. Just learning as much as I can sometime I get stuck but I use the search. Kind still learning like I said. Enjoy the simplicity of it.
Really Inspired by this app. keep more business-friendly it. and make low troubleshoot it. we are facing the little problem of troubleshooting to connect it.
Monumentally poor support. Installed our Pixel the way they wanted us to over two months ago. Issues from day one with data not firing properly. I've been passed from pillar to post through their "support" teams and yet nothing is getting fixed. We're going to have to look for an alternative method of connecting our Meta Pixel to our store.

No começo fiquei um pouco perdido é muita informação pra quem está começando mas no decorrer creio que ficarei bom.
Ads aren't performing for the past week, and it shows unsupported on shopify. Tracking is wayyy off through pixel, if anyone knows how to solve this issue, please help
