Catastrophique. En juin, Facebook a suspendu mon 1er compte, supprimé ma première page pour finalement supprimer totalement mon compte et ma seconde page. J'ai justifié de mon identité plusieurs fois. Ce compte était rattaché à ma boutique shopify sur instagram et l'est encore un peu mais pas complètement, c'est incompréhensible, vraiment.
Mon deuxième compte est suspendu, je ne peux pas faire de pub sur instagram à cause de mon compte facebook suspendu. Je ne peux pas faire de lien entre shopify et instagram avec ce nouveau compte.
Impossible de travailler avec META je vais devoir fermer ma boutique définitivement A CAUSE DES ROBOTS meta.
Impossible de joindre un HUMAIN et tout ce qui se passe est incompréhensible. Stop IA ok pour les humains. C'est insupportable.

Only uploads one picture from your product instead of uploading all of them. Good luck selling a product with just one image.
terrible, cant even sink pixels correctly with business manager. im not sure what has happened to this app but it clearly doesnt want to work properly.

This used to work well but due to some recent updates, I'm no longer able to connect my Facebook brand account as well as Instagram and I lost all the synced products on my Facebook shop. I contacted the support team and got the explanation that Facebook/Instagram shopping aren't available in my country which in fact they are!

When it comes to account eligibility and supported countries, this is something determined directly by Facebook. Impossible to use. I installed the the Sales Channel app, pixel, and then there's the business manager, that helps track everything. You have to make sure they all line up and that the admin account is your personal account and then add your business pages,catalogs,and ad managers as assets...to the correct account to have permissions to manage them. After googling/youtubing all of that to get everything in the right place, all of the products in my catalog get approved, but my store gets rejected!??!? I'm not sure what I'm missing. I don't know if you have to have X amount of followers or what is wrong. It says my store is not approved and it directs me to the business requirements/eligibility pagessss, (basically lengthy terms & conditions section). After reading it, I'm even more confused because my store should be eligible...However, it doesn't give you the specific reason or problem that needs to be fixed. I've messaged the "help link" but have yet to receive a response. I've lost daysss...trying to figure out the Metametrics puzzle...I thought inserting code to verify my domain was going to be the hardest part...unfortunately, I was wrong. Verifying my domain at least had step by step instructions available directions on where to go if it didn't work. Good Luck!

Having the worst time connecting my catalog to facebook and instagram. The help I have been getting has been terrible I send screenshots and video recording and they keep asking for more and more and I get nowhere.

keeps rejecting my commerce even when I have no errors and everything approved. its hard to get customer support. I was told I don't have enough followers and likes, so this is a reason of trustworthiness, but FB is willing to take my money for ads ?? how does that work?

I have seen the requirement of trustworthiness come up from my experience with other merchants. While Shopify does not have a hand in the approval process, I would like to share some resources on how you can build up your following while growing your business on Instagram so you can be approved by Facebook. I have been suspended 1 week after the beginning of my ads just after being hacked. it is impossible to join the client service and today I have not recovered either my page for ads either my personal account. I am very worried because I have a lot of personal information and credit card on it. That's not normal for such a big company to not have a client service to help people and fix problem... Very disappointing

I can't get any help, unfortunately. My account keeps getting temporarily disabled every week or so, and I cannot reach out to anybody. Reviews last for days and I never get an actual reason for the disabling. I comply with every policy, yet I still encounter issues and have nobody to ask for help from to at least find out if I am doing something wrong and what that is. On top of that, this app keeps showing me errors. Been trying to reconnect my store for the past hour and I keep getting different errors and time-outs. Really frustrating.
