Everytime I try to sync Shopify and the Facebook Channel under the tabs "Sales Channel" it allows me to put in my login information, and I get a popup saying "Sorry something went wrong. We are working on it and we'll get it fixed as soon as we can. I have uninstalled the app, cleared my cache, used a differrent browser, and nothing seems to work.

Useless app... Having endless errors since installing it... And both Shopify and FB support team are not helpful at all. Have been trying to fix the tech issue for months and still no solution. No money will be spent this year on FB ads now.

I have been trying to sync my Shop with Facebook for the past month. When I try to update my phone number, Facebook says they sent me a verification code but I never receive one. I have been doing this periodically, because you are allowed a limited amount of requests for the verification code per day.

Facebook Business Manager is terrible and when you encounter issues there is absolutely zero human support to resolve simple issues - my ad account was disabled (despite not even having tried to run any ads as I was just setting it up). I have spent the best part of my week trying to get my issues resolved and to be honest it has delayed my business launch by a week. Facebook Need to create a dedicated support for this.

It will not let me connect Facebook/Instagram to my Shopify Store due to violating their content policy. I only currently have a hat for sale and it is just up there for a test really. I am just getting set up for affiliate marketing. This is crazy! I see no way to discuss or resolve this!

What is this absurd that to connect an Instagram account you NEED a facebook ACTIVE account? I understand that is the same company but this is ridiculous as I can't use the app now because of this

They restrict my account forever!
I uploaded my id, but they treat me as scamer. I spent my days like trash.
Thank you so much for leaving a review. That certainly does not sound ideal. When it comes to account approval this is something determined directly by Facebook that we have control over. Do not down load it unless you want your account disable and then permanently deleted. This has happened to me. First I thought it was my fault then I realize when you try to connect it a facebook automatically diables the account for no reason given. I tried to connect to my account and I lost my account. Facebook does not have anyone live to talk to and because of Covid they are just cancelling the account without review which is not fair. I am very disappointed with this app

Can't be installed, being stuck on connecting business assets - surely a big problem. Please fix this asap
