It was all good, easy to use and fast, i can make new Manager on facebook thats wonderfull because of limitations in Facebook :)
Our commerce account is rejected and there is no support for it. Both Facebook and Shopify are unable to help, and if you ready forums, they are full of merchants with rejected accounts with no help. Facebook/Shopify if you are listening, please resolve the issue!
It was very fast and intuitive to make the configurations. It's all right. We recommend to use the conections with facebook to make online campaings and get insights and optimizations.

Trying to get this to work, and every time I go to make a Facebook campaign, it says I still have to finish setting up my facebook connection. It redirects me to the setup page, which says we are all connected. So I go back to create a new campaign and it says the same thing and redirects me. Not able to do anything... Would appreciate an email to see if we can get this working. Thanks

I used this app to help me link my shop platform to Facebook. I really like how easy it links to all the relative shop links already built in my platform. It would be great if it went even faster.
With the new update, integration with my Facebook business account is streamlined. However, some adjustments have to be made.
What went wrong after smooth running of this app for past 1.5 years, this month my catalogue is disconnected and im getting all sorts of errors like ( These events data sources have various errors that prevent them from working correctly.) IN FACEBOOK CATALOG MANAGER
My catalogue dynamic ads have stopped working, my data source for catalogue is through data feed and it automatically keeps updating and causing errors.

THERE ARE SOME PRODUCTS THAT DONT MEET THE CRITERIA, I HAVE DEACTIVATED BUT SOMEHOW IT SHOWS ON MY CATALOGUE IN FACEBOOK. Errors take ages and facebook is helpless and clueless.
