My products haven't connected properly since 2023. Now, there are only issues, my collections don't sync and I'm sitting at the mercy of meta support to help connect my catalog and start showing products in my shop. Also, you can no longer see your shop on Facebook or Instagram because the "actual" shop doesn't exist. This is all a ploy to make you run paid ads to be discovered. I don't know about you but I feel like a goldfish in a bowl full of piranhas. I've spent over $2k on ads and had $0 sales. I need an ROI to continue giving up my customer's data by having this app in my shopify store.

Meta has disabled my personal account along with all of my connected business accounts, cutting off access to over 10 years of business data, communications, and customer connections.

There is no functional support system available. Every support pathway requires logging in, yet login is blocked — including attempts to access support through the Shopify integration. This creates a closed loop with no way to reach a human or submit an appeal.

An automated AI system has made a serious and damaging error, and there is no accessible process to correct it.

This lack of accountability and human support is unacceptable, especially for businesses that depend on these platforms for daily operations.

Solid integration with very few settings to worry about. However, I didn't like how it displayed my variant images in the ads. I found a fix by using the CustomPix Shopify app. It uses a supplemental feed to update the photos without changing my store
