I can only provide one star at this time as their support team has not done anything to provide assistance with the actual problem we're facing.

You see, we've actually been unable to install this app, as the installation of which seems to be bugged. All the while, their support team only cycles us through the same troubleshooting methods over and over, until they then mistakenly tell us to use ...

Absolutely would not recommend - although the process is quite simple and quick, the ability to edit descriptions + the product as a whole as you please is difficult - so if you bulk import (like me), you'll have to go into each item individually to make sure they all fit your branding.

The main problem I had / am having is that the items I did not sync just disappeared from my "inventory" tab, ...

We have enjoyed the streamlined, but have had issues with it cutting off the barcode number, it may be we need more training to understand how to configure it. Overall it is a great function
