I can only provide one star at this time as their support team has not done anything to provide assistance with the actual problem we're facing.

You see, we've actually been unable to install this app, as the installation of which seems to be bugged. All the while, their support team only cycles us through the same troubleshooting methods over and over, until they then mistakenly tell us to use the "Sell Wholesale" app, which is different entirely.

I'm prepared to remove or amend this score, should support ever actually get to the root of our problem. Unfortunately, though, they do not instill hope in me that this will happen within the time we needed the feature set. So one star, it is. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend anyone use this app right now.

I'm registered on both Sell Wholesale and Buy Wholesale resources, but I can't go into the office to Buy Wholesale. Every time I enter my data to log in to the Buy Wholesale account, I get into the Sell Wholesale account. How do I get into the Wholesale Buy account?

Keep getting an error on Unable to view Content. It absolutely will not let me connect to Shopify. Have called customer support for both Faire and Shopify, nobody can give me an answer.

Im not sure how this app works. Its sad becuase they have beautiful items. I just dont understand why there isn't a system in place where you can simply add the products to your shoptify store. But it seems like you have to completly make the listing and get your first sale to do so. Im not sure this app is super confusing.

It's been more than 2 weeks, and we haven't received any support from Faire to help with our app installation issue.

Only emails back and forth saying that they've passed the concern to their engineering team and will let us know once they hear back from them.

Scam. I tried to order products through them after my account being "approved.". And when I processed the orders and asked to reach out to the actual store to request they be shipped asap and nothing saying there was a reason for a delay, I was suddenly met with a message saying I needed to be verified
I submitted everything and then told them my store information and they just responded, a day later that because my store is not open, they cant approve my orders.
Another thing is that you cant directly reach out to the merchants. Very untrustworthy. I cant believe I thought I could actually get products for an important event Im having this weekend I need them for. Now I have to order everything somewhere else last minute. A business owners nightmare. The type of place you'd hope shopify wouldnt let be listed on here. Apparently you have to do your own vetting with everything especially on shopify.
