It has been amazing to have my orders automatically populate in my website. Saves sooooo much time. Only complaint is the product description formatting doesn't seem to transfer over, but still saves so much time. Really would give 4.5 stars if I could.

It is mostly good, but it puts characters in the picture name. For instance, once you migrate the product from Faire to Shopify, in the area when you can adjust your pictures, it may show a bunch of numbers and letters and it doesn't put the product name in there at all, which is horrible for SEO purposes. Also, for the people selling the items, don't use characters like @ or & because it also goes on the Shopify site when integrating it, and SEO doesn't like those types of characters, so we have to manually take them out.

Working really great, the only two small nitpicks I have is
1. Editing the items is a bit clunky, it's easier to import new items and edit category, tags, and collection in Shopify's system
2. receiving inventory is separate from any PO created, if you do it the same as you do for orders not placed though Faire it can leads to accidently receiving the item twice.

overall great shopping experience and love the automatic terms and easy access to the suppliers via messaging. There are a couple of suppliers who will cancel your orders and then not give you an explanation as to why. This can be become frustrating if you have re-merchandise your store, expecting to get those products and only to find that the order was canceled with no warning. I feel like the site should be set up to where if they’re not going to allow you to order you should not be able to access their shop and load up your cart which is time-consuming and a waste of time if you can’t order the product.

Integration is good, except some writeups don't line up for the retail side for example I would need to edit then description to line up for retail description not wholesale description. I also don't like how it automatically updates inventory I wish there was a prompt or option to use or not.
