Great customer service, really good software to keep everything synced, and everyone I've spoken to really knows their stuff. Thank you!
I only have one location where my inventory can be used for online orders. This app incorrectly lists my TOTAL inventory for items, not the inventory from locations used for online orders.
So now I have to decide if I should stop having all my bookkeeping in one place because a developer went "total!" instead of writing one line of code to add up the totals of the available locations only.
Also, I could not get help in the chat.
The integration is smooth, and the app works reliably without any hiccups. What I love most is that it saves me so much time by automatically syncing inventory between Shopify and Faire, preventing overselling and stock issues. The setup is straightforward, and the interface is user-friendly, even for someone who might not be super tech-savvy.
Avoid using this app. It completely messed up our inventory system, and I had to issue refunds to all my clients because the stock levels never updated. It’s been a total nightmare and not worth the hassle. Additionally, the promised 24/7 support is non-existent. Definitely not worth the $40 a month.
Hi there, if you want the app to maintain inventory levels please enable this setting through settings > inventory & price setting (or during the onboarding). Update January 22nd! Wow customer service has been top notch. Every wall we came up against with the integration has been corrected or developed to function as we needed. Today, kicks off Faire market and my orders are syncing as drafts and my inventory is syncing. Love this!
The import from Faire was beautiful! After switching two retail stores from Quickbooks POS to Shopify I was exhausted with bad imports non-matching items etc. However, the sync from Faire to Shopify brought in all my items like clockwork. Even the variants. I am not up and running yet but support has been great. I can't wait to get it fully functioning. We will be saving so much time!
