I installed this Shopify application to try to increase my money,
after more than a year after installing it I had an order, a customer wants 80 pairs of sunglasses for a total of €1,500, I shipped the order and FAIRE has never paid me since February 2024 .

Still trying to get it installed and updated, cannot find all products that are both in faire and shopify to link. No manual overrides to force connections or to refresh the data. Need more configuration such as mapping of pricing to compare at, not price field, need to be able to map more custom fields to Faire. Very limited app.

App works well, connecting to Shopify is seamless. Started using Faire in 2021 and had many successful sales. Advertising was not an option at that time. Took a break from my shop in '23 and now returning in 2024 getting no traffic at all, marketplace is much more congested and advertising seems necessary, bummer

Not recommended at all. I give it a 0. Don't join their platform. They cancel your account when you have had integration problems and leave you without service. Not recommended. The support team is limited to making a copy paste without any further solution. REGRETTABLE. I rate this app and company a 0.
