Faire: Sell Wholesale

The order syncing is a little fishy - Shopify and Faire orders will currently not sync both ways unless the Faire orders are within a shipping zone (meaning that geographical area gets flat rate shipping on all your products). This is due to a shipping issue between Faire and Shopify.

Otherwise, great app. You need to make sure everything syncs to Faire correctly.

Overall experience has been positive. Issues tend to be on the Faire side with how they utilize AI tools that are not always accurate.

The usability is good, it's user friendly and easy to navigate, but there are so many little bugs and whenever you try and click the 'Get support" button noone ever responds. There's been an ongoing issue that i've sent half a dozen messages reporting this issue, and nothing. Terrible support with the app, not really happy with my experience so far.
Update: What I thought were bugs, were actually user error. It did take some follow up and a long time for a response, I had to reach out to faire through their website rather than through the app support, so I raised my rating to 4 star. Minus 1 start because of the lack of actual support through the faire app on shopify.

Fairly smooth except did not like photo options for main photo on homepage. Rectangle shape and space did not work well for most photos

The experience is easy but I would love more new customers.

Haven’t tried the app itself yet.

I find the opening order comission with FAIRE really steep. And I do not seem to get a lot of new business via FAire. I would love more opportunities to be featured to possible vendor partners. My product has proven market fit and people LOVE it once they discover it.
