Faire: Sälj Wholesale

Get several orders a month, that I would not have gotten otherwise. Seamless product integration. Thanks Faire!! You have been more than FAIRE to me.

Faire has become such a incompetent company. Our sync never works, and they can never help. So we re-install and delete all 500 listings 20 at a time again and again in a loop.

This company went out of it's way to undercut and out market competition until they became a monopoly and now we have a company that only cares about their bottom dollar leading the american wholesale industry. Go figure we get this lack luster support.

In my experience if you don't poke them every week they'll just never write back, too.

I was able to set up my store correctly, but then when I go to check my products, there not showing up and there's no screen to see them. I cannot stress how hard technical issues have made things.

This app is really great until it's not. Some products publish perfectly and the inventory sync is on point. Other items (and they're completely random) don't pull over to Faire at all. I'll double check every setting is correct and all info is in there...nothing. The customer service is non-existent. I'll go to Faire and ask for help there and they ask if you actually have the product in Shopify. Well...obviously lol.
For anyone experiencing the same issue as us: add the product directly to Faire and match the SKU to the product in Shopify. From here, it SHOULD show up in the Faire Wholesale app on Shopify as 'not-linked'. We still can't figure out a rhyme or reason as to why some products don't pull through. It's so frustrating and I wish there were more help.

Its okay not great. There's so many bugs and or quirks that prevent it being 5 stars.

Adding products to faire is a cumbersome process and once you do it, its done. So there's no way that products in faire stay updated after you updated them in Shopify (its not a 2 way sync - its just an import).

Also if you edit an order in Faire, it doesnt update in shopify and you can't edit the order in shopify so your inventory is then off.

And lastly support is not very helpful.

We have been on Faire for several years. We recently were locked out of our account and have received no responses from Faire Support in nearly two weeks. Faire is now canceling orders that have already shipped, so we will not receive payment for these orders.

Absolutely awful support.

I would give it less than one stare if I could. I was told I need to update to this app by the end of the month so I did. It took all my wholesale pricing and made it the suggested retail price slashing my wholesale pricing by 150% when I asked if they could roll back my site I was told no I have to do it manually. Just a few thousand items to reprice and on Black Friday!!!!!!

The usability is good, it's user friendly and easy to navigate, but there are so many little bugs and whenever you try and click the 'Get support" button noone ever responds. There's been an ongoing issue that i've sent half a dozen messages reporting this issue, and nothing. Terrible support with the app, not really happy with my experience so far.
Update: What I thought were bugs, were actually user error. It did take some follow up and a long time for a response, I had to reach out to faire through their website rather than through the app support, so I raised my rating to 4 star. Minus 1 start because of the lack of actual support through the faire app on shopify.

Amazing store to shop and sell wholesale. Great customers and now my items are reaching others areas in my state.
