Faire: Sell Wholesale

We have been on Faire for several years. We recently were locked out of our account and have received no responses from Faire Support in nearly two weeks. Faire is now canceling orders that have already shipped, so we will not receive payment for these orders.

Absolutely awful support.

I would give it less than one stare if I could. I was told I need to update to this app by the end of the month so I did. It took all my wholesale pricing and made it the suggested retail price slashing my wholesale pricing by 150% when I asked if they could roll back my site I was told no I have to do it manually. Just a few thousand items to reprice and on Black Friday!!!!!!

The usability is good, it's user friendly and easy to navigate, but there are so many little bugs and whenever you try and click the 'Get support" button noone ever responds. There's been an ongoing issue that i've sent half a dozen messages reporting this issue, and nothing. Terrible support with the app, not really happy with my experience so far.
Update: What I thought were bugs, were actually user error. It did take some follow up and a long time for a response, I had to reach out to faire through their website rather than through the app support, so I raised my rating to 4 star. Minus 1 start because of the lack of actual support through the faire app on shopify.

Amazing store to shop and sell wholesale. Great customers and now my items are reaching others areas in my state.

Still trying to get it installed and updated, cannot find all products that are both in faire and shopify to link. No manual overrides to force connections or to refresh the data. Need more configuration such as mapping of pricing to compare at, not price field, need to be able to map more custom fields to Faire. Very limited app.

It was slow to get it going at first as you need to learn a few things. We are actively promoting Faire on our site and already got some new customers.

Not recommended at all. I give it a 0. Don't join their platform. They cancel your account when you have had integration problems and leave you without service. Not recommended. The support team is limited to making a copy paste without any further solution. REGRETTABLE. I rate this app and company a 0.

Happy with the quick shopify integration, grabbed a sale the day after our shop was approved. Wish the commission was less but at least we have another sales channel.

Not even 1 star they deserve. We have been on the platform for more then 3 years and suddenly they are targeting our brand is saying we buy products from third party websites. After sending all the evidence and defending the case, Matt at Customer Support is extremely rude and unhelpfull. Afterall the fees are too high for the amount of sales you make on the platform.

Avoid at all costs!!!

This has been a great revenue stream for us. You have to put in some work, but it pays off! Lots of great features for your page, and there's tons of retailers shopping on here.
