By far the best post-purchase survey app – from product to support we’ve been super impressed with the team at Fairing. We mainly ask attribution related questions, and have more recently started asking questions to help solve CRO and personalization. Highly recommend their Google Sheets Extension and Klaviyo integration.

An essential tool to scaling your business -- the insights you learn from Fairing are invaluable, and you cannot replace with Google Analytics, Northbeam, or any other attribution tool. The platform keeps getting better and better -- they're adding new features at a rapid rate. The styling of the post-purchase survey is highly customizable for any brand. The team there is excellent and always willing to help.
Absolutely amazing
Fairing has been super helpful to our team as another data point in the elusive attribution triangle. The attribution part was the main reason we started using it but was surprised to find out how beneficial it is for surveying our customers on other questions outside of attribution.
Plus, their team is incredibly helpful and provides excellent support. Highly recommend Fairing.
Fairing has been an amazing resource and my favorite tool to understand the true point of brand discovery for consumers. A simple question of "where did you find us" allows unparalleled insights across the marketing funnel (also allows me to call BS on the last click attribution!). One of my favorite aspects is seeing the omni-channel impacts (via responses like Amazon, Macy's, I heard you on a podcast, etc). It's one of the best tools you can implement and Matt makes the process amazing from start to finish!
Amazing tool! This has really helped us with attribution the last couple of years. It's also great to add follow up questions and get valuable insights from our customers.
Incredibly impactful tool!
We got started with Fairing just a few months ago and since then we are hooked. Getting instant customer insight is not an issue anymore as the native integration allows a rather high response rate.
Many more functions we haven't tested yet but are looking a lot forward to!
One of the few companies where the founder/CEO him/herself is accessible and personally supports the merchants.
Fairing was easy to set up and gave us immediate, useful data. We used the built-in integrations to send to other systems and make the data collection work, providing a better customer experience.
Fairing has been awesome for us so far. We are a two-man company with little to no data analysis experience. Fairing has been outstanding because it allows for us to seamlessly gather important data which leads to actionable decisions, without little to no effort on our end. They recently introduced the google sheet integration which is extremely helpful for exporting the data in an easy to splice format and have a phenomenal customer service/on-boarding team. It's really easy to set-up initially, their pre-filled question bank is outstanding, and it's seemingly very fairly priced for the level of data you get with a turn-key solution.
They make themselves very available to assist in ideating on new data to collect, splicing and reviewing the data, and are very open to feedback/new feature releases. New features seem to be released at a relatively quick frequency so I'm excited to see where it goes.
I was not paid or incentivized to write this review, I just believe this is a no-brainer app for any small, or large business, looking to understand their customers more, which is increasingly difficult in today's world of privacy settings and DTC space.
