I live on Fairing for my area of marketing. It's great to be able to collect post-purchase survey findings and use them to measure results of more brand marketing related efforts which is traditionally challenging. The CX support is also great and I'm excited to see what features they add to the platform in the coming months. Hoping they improve the data visualization as it's pretty bare bones at the moment.
Brilliant app to get customer feedback. We used different surveys to understand customer needs during checkout to improve customer journey and conversion rate. Conversion Rate of respondents is crazy high. Easily set up and if needed customer support is outstanding.
Meets all of our needs in terms of a post-purchase survey. Has unlocked a lot of great insights that our analytics cannot provide.

We're big fans of the Enquire post purchase survey. It's super easy to set up and the engagement is fantastic. Seems like a lot of people use it for referral attribution. We've found that information is mostly available elsewhere so we've used it to capture insights we wouldn't get elsewhere. Customer service is also fantastic. Excited to see this tool evolve.
Best in class post-purchase attribution, really happy with the results and the new flows/question streams makes it even better. no brainer for any e-commerce store looking for additional attribution
