Easy to use and has provided a lot of value to our business, specifically around organic influencers and channels that are doing the most for our brand. There are a lot of customization options and the team has been great at responding to questions and providing fast, thorough support.

Huge fan of this app! It is really valuable in helping to understand more about our customer behaviors and sentiments. Highly recommend for ease of use, clear insights, and great complement to Klaviyo and other attribution tools.

The best post-purchase survey experience in the market -- this tool is super powerful with integrations with Klaviyo, Shopify Flow, etc. so that the data is not only insightful but also very actionable. The actual survey form looks great on the post-purchase page. The support (and Matt specifically) is super helpful and quick to respond!

Great app! I tried to hack together similar solutions that never gave me the results I wanted. This survey app was super easy to install and delivers an immense amount of value as the majority of our volume is via direct and organic.

I just set up this survey last week and have it up and running this week. Matt is great, he responds immediately in the chat box if you have any questions. The feature that allows a follow up question is awesome (e.g. we can not only find out if they heard about us from an online magazine, but then which magazine). Looking forward to some of the new features coming out next month. Highly recommend -- extremely quick and easy to set up and easy to customize. The UI is great and fits seamlessly into the checkout confirmation page.

Incredible app. Works really well and super simple to set up. Support is quick and fast as well! Must have now eps with the iOS 14.5 changes making even hard to attribute sales correctly.

Fairing has been an amazing resource and my favorite tool to understand the true point of brand discovery for consumers. A simple question of "where did you find us" allows unparalleled insights across the marketing funnel (also allows me to call BS on the last click attribution!). One of my favorite aspects is seeing the omni-channel impacts (via responses like Amazon, Macy's, I heard you on a podcast, etc). It's one of the best tools you can implement and Matt makes the process amazing from start to finish!
