Unfortunately, I do not recommend this application. For every shipment, it automatically sets the VAT rate to 5% instead of the required 23%, which leads to serious issues with tax compliance. Additionally, the application does not generate all invoices automatically, forcing me to manually create accounting documents. Such errors are absolutely unacceptable in a tool for managing finances and invoicing. The lack of reliability and accuracy makes using this application a high-risk and stressful choice for anyone who needs a dependable system. Moreover, I was promised that the issue would be resolved within 3 days, but 7 days have passed, and nothing has been fixed.
