very long response time from the support team - more than a week from reporting an error and still no real support actions like - "thank you, we will let you know soon"

Fakturownia works exactly as expected — fast, stable, and reliable. At one point I encountered an issue related to an incorrect VAT rate, but the support team reacted quickly and fixed it without any hassle. Great customer service and a very useful app overall. Highly recommended!
