This app is extremely useful and easy to use and makes the fulfilment process much more efficient.
Setting it up was smooth - bear in mind though that you should already have an account with the delivery company (in our case, FanCourier).
I was most impressed when I contacted Customer Support to ask for a specific use case. They were very responsive and provided a solution in less than 24 hours.
